sOktoberfest 2022 has been a lot of fun for all who attended. We thought that last year would be our last Oktoberfest at our Anaheim location. Well, circumstances changed, and the Schützen adapted. We no longer had our range or the tent, so we set up a fun shooting gallery in the Liebeslaube in the Grand Ball Room of the main building. Much like a shooting gallery at a typical carnival or fair, participants used nerf rifles to shoot at targets for prizes. While it was different from our traditional activities in the past, it turned out to be a lot of fun just the same.
The Phoenix Schützengesellschaft would like to express a hearty DANKE SCHÖN! to all of the members who pitched in to help operate the shooting range, manage the prizes, and ensure all of those Oktoberfest attendees who came to test their marksmanship skills had a fantastic time. Your time, effort and dedication to the success of Oktoberfest, the Phoenix Club, and our group are greatly appreciated!
Schützen Meeting Und Oktoberfest Party
After the conclusion of Oktoberfest, and everyone had some time to recover and relax, Schützen held it's November General Meeting in the Loreley, invited our friends Da Stubebuben to perform, and made it into a post-Oktoberfest Party!
